Terms

New customers must complete the Customer Information/Credit Application Form in order to set up a credit account. Once an account has been opened and the credit application has been approved orders are placed on your account. Prior to credit approval, all deliveries will be sent prepaid unless other special arrangements are made.

Government/ GSA and Education

If you are a government agency, civil organization or educational institution you may qualify for special pricing and quantity discounts. Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day they are received. Contact us for a custom quote.

Export Terms and Conditions

• Site Draft - documents consigned to your bankers for clearance against site.
• Wire Transfer (Bank to Bank) - any bank charges on the account of the consignee.
• Bank Draft (via courier or mail) - to our US address.

International Shipments

Order shipment is available to all international locations. Please note that shipments from the United States to other countries may involve taxes, import duties, customs-related fees, or other charges beyond our control, for which the recipient is responsible. Please be assured that we do not receive any portion of any fees that you may be required to pay in connection with import taxes or duties imposed by your government.

Shipping Charges & Processing Times

Most shipping charges are assessed by weight. However, dimensional weight pricing is applicable on a per package basis on all shipments that exceed one cubic foot. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be assessed and the customer will be informed of such charges.

Order Tracking

Depending on the shipping carrier, we will attempt to notify you via e-mail when your order has shipped. Most carriers will include shipment-tracking information within the notification.
